Doel Engineering Ltd offer converting services of a high standard in a clean environment on our own designed and manufactured slitting / sheeting machines. Our speciality is clear polyesters and papers with sensitive coatings. We can convert A4 size sheets to an accuracy of ±0.1mm at speeds up to 1250 sheets per minute from a 1600mm wide roll. Our machines are capable of producing polyester sheet sizes up to 3 metres in length and up to 700 micron thick, down to A5 size 50 micron thick and anything in between. Printed rolls can be cut to register. Final packaging can be envelope, box, carton or pallet.  We have converted most non-wovens from the roll into sheet form, including: • Inkjet Paper • Laser Paper • Films • Photographic Products • Absorbent Products • Polyester • PVC • Foam • Felt • Laminated Products As part of our converting services we can also produce taped edge and glued edge tissue backed products, interleaved, perforated and laminated products, and cut to register.
